Section 719
Disposition versions
719. A person who holds a bearer certificate issued by a company to which Part I or IA of the Companies Act (chapter C-38) applies may request that the company replace the bearer certificate by a certificate in registered form; in such a case, the company must issue a certificate in registered form in accordance with section 63.
